Cass S. Weil has over 30 years of experience in debtor/creditor law, including bankruptcy, finance and creditors' rights. Mr. Weil has been recognized as one of Minnesota 's leading lawyers in a recent survey by the American Research Corporation and as a "Super Lawyer" by the Minnesota journal of Law & Politics. He is listed in Who's Who in American Law and is the only Minnesota lawyer to be certified in both Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.

Mr. Weil served as Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Bankruptcy Section, and edited the Minnesota Legal Forms' Bankruptcy Manual from 1983 to 1995. He also served as Co-Chair of the Hennepin County Bar Association Debtor-Creditor Law Committee in 2006-2007 and on the Hennepin County Bar Association District Ethics Committee from 1993 to 2005.

Mr. Weil is admitted to practice in the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin and participates in a nationwide network of attorneys whose practice focuses on creditors' rights.
