Lawrence R. Commers represents businesses and individuals in a wide assortment of commercial lawsuits in over 40 states. He has prosecuted and defended breach of contract, injunctive actions, fraud actions, franchise disputes, securities matters, shareholder rights actions and other types of business cases. Many of his cases have been tried to jury verdict conclusions in state and federal court, and in addition, he has had significant arbitration experience.

Larry is a thoughtful and aggressive advocate who understands the business and legal implications of the parties he represents.

With over 35 years of experience, Larry is a certified trial lawyer by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and American Bar Association accredited organization, is qualified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and is also a Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitrator.
