Throughout his career, Stuart has been drawn to the human side of the law, using this legal knowledge to help others.
His experience with his mother's Alzheimer's disease led him to become involved with the Alzheimer's Association in a quest to understand her condition. That personal experience gave him insight to the problems and challenges that families face in caring for aging family members and the need to plan ahead for our own and our families' uncertain futures.
Stuart has practiced law for 33 years, focusing on Elder Law for more than 18. His work encompasses traditional estate planning, probate, guardianship and real estate.
